Mineral Lake Lodge is the perfect site for any event! Mount Rainier and beautiful Mineral Lake creates a perfect backdrop for a spectacular Outdoor Wedding, and our new indoor reception hall provides a place to hold a memorable celebration afterwards. The Hall can become the perfect center of operation for a family reunion, or site for an anniversary or birthday or graduation party. Conferences, classes, and retreats for artists, photographers, or businesses can be accommodated in a beautiful and relaxing setting.
The Reception Hall overlooks a 2-acre meadow with an unparalleled view of Mineral Lake and Mount Rainier. The Hall has 2 handicapped-accessible bathrooms, and a kitchenette with a full sized refrigerator and plenty of plug-ins for caterers. A service bar extends out onto the 24-foot by 48-foot deck, making it easy to set up for beverage service outdoors. The room is 23-feet by 32-feet, with huge windows that look out on the Mountain.
Included for your use is 120 banquet chairs and 10 tables (30” x 96”) and 4 party tents in case of rain or for shade. There is parking for only about 60 cars, so we do have to limit the party size to 150 people. Other outdoor areas are also available for use, including a garden arbor area next to the Lodge, a gazebo with picnic tables down at the lakeside, a campfire ring with plenty of firewood, and a private dock on our 215 feet of pristine lakefront that is perfect for fishing or swimming from.
Our Wedding Package is $2,000 for your special day, the day before to set up, and the day after to clean up. This allows you to relax and enjoy your celebration without the time stress and pressure! You are allowed to use any vendor or caterer of your choice, or bring a grill and have a casual barbeque or pot luck! (note, does not include Lodge room rentals)
Entire Lodge Rental: Rent the whole lodge for your Family Reunion, Conference, Wedding or Retreat! We make a perfect get-a-way for everyone in your group with a central location to all your activities. All eight rooms can be reserved for $1,180.00 ($1,295.00 with tax). If you stay any additional nights, you get $150 discount for 2 nights, and $300 off for 3 nights.
Classroom and conference rental is $250 for the first day, and $100 for each additional day.
